This collection contains Reynolds’ correspondence, collected articles and publications, books, and otherdocuments.

The American Author Collection consists of materials written by and about various authors from America.

This collection contains materials on Russian playwright, Anton Chekhov. Chekhov was lauded for works such as “The Seagull,” “Uncle Vanya,” and “Three Sisters”.

The Bookseller Catalogue Collection is composed of catalogues from various booksellers. The majority are from the Jenkins Company, Texas Library Journal, and Dorothy Sloan Rare Books. The catalogues were collected over several decades by the librarians over the Sam Houston State University Special Collections.

This collection contains materials donated by Harris Worchel as part of the Harris Worchel Counter-Culture Literature Collection. Materials in this collection are largely compact discs containing various theses and dissertations on counter-culture literature and the Beat poetry movement. Additional materials (books and audio-visual materials) can be found within the library catalog.

This collection contains an excerpt from the Spring 1949 issue of the “Georgia Review” titled “Kidnapping the General” written by Robert Sparks Walker.

This collection contains press printings, catalogues, magazines, and an insert with Paul Culp notes.

The collection contains various types of information about Texas authors, including newspapers and articles.

The Untitled Manuscript Collection includes two rough draft manuscripts. Both manuscripts are untitled,undated, and uncredited. One manuscript is a fictional novel about an American man named David traveling to Europe. The other manuscript is a fictional story about a black woman named Tomato born on Smokey Row plantation who has the ability to communicate with the supernatural.

The Upton Sinclair Correspondence Collection consists of correspondence and publications by or relating to Upton Sinclair. The first box has six files and contains correspondence, a book, and a play by Upton Sinclair. The second box has three files containing a book on Upton Sinclair, a copy of his journal, and a catalogue of books, manuscripts, and other materials from the Upton Sinclair Archives at the Lilly Libraryat Indiana University.
